Spay and Neuter Community Campaign!

As summer draws to an end, we look back with sadness on the numerous puppies & kittens that came into the Tipton County Animal Shelter in Brighton, Tn., but didn't make it out alive. We couldn't save them all, but we want to put an end to the madness!

During this spring & summer's "puppy & kitten season," the shelter had pet owners fill out a card when they dropped off litters. These people agreed to be contacted by our group to discuss spaying and/or neutering their pets. We've collected well over 50 cards & it's time to make good on our end of the deal!

Introducing our "An Ounce of Prevention Beats a Pound of Puppies" Spay/Neuter Campaign! During this fall & winter, we hope to have all of the pets we've got on file spayed or neutered, thus reducing the amount of puppies & kittens that end up in the shelter next spring & summer! And then we hope our campaign spreads like wildfire so we can get the whole community on board to get everyone's pets spayed & neutered!

Please consider making a donation of any amount to help us reach our goal.  Thank you!
